With Spring popping through to say hi this weekend we set out to do some cleaning and getting ready for all we would need to get done before it is here for good. My sister and I grew up playing games. Card games, board games, dice games, as the daughter of a Navy man we learned young that the best fun can be had gathered around a table with friends and family, and a game or two to play. This weekend proved to be an interesting one for me. Since Saturday before last when mom had her spell at our cousin's house I knew she wanted to go and have a good visit with them. So I have been AWOL since Friday lol. It has been somewhat of a hectic weekend. Friday found me on the road again with mom to another Orthopedic visit. Where has the year gone?? Seems like just the other day we were opening Christmas presents and preparing for a loud New Year's. Suddenly Thanksgiving is uponme and as usual it will occur at my house.
