Frack em Friday… with the lovely Dazee

Dear WordPress, another update, surprise surprise. No seriously, enough already. Especially when this one ate my dashboard and I had to pull files out of backup to regain it. So if you don’t mind I won’t be doing your updates till my host nudges and says hey there’s an update, ya know, so you can get it and keep your blog safe.. ahem..

I started my job today, LOVE IT. Will be days for 3 weeks then go to overnights. Today , we had a lot lizard with us. All. Day. Long. Wait some of you may not know what a lot lizard is. A lot lizard is basically a prostitute that specializes in truck drivers.. ahem. So this one got dropped off there late last night, by her ‘boyfriend’, who was a trucker, no clothes, no money, no nothing.Riiiiight. She called ‘family’ in Somerset trying to get them to come get her, they wouldn’t. She sat outside in the heat of 102 trying to get truckers to take her. What cracked me up was she was a larger woman, I am a larger woman but she was a larger larger woman, like make 5 or 6 of me larger. Suddenly she had a sub and drink, but she had no money. One of the girls said well she did disappear for a little while. This went on all day. She would disappear and reappear with food, drink, smokes. In between calling her ‘family’ telling them she wasn’t having luck with a ride. mmmhmmm you have had plenty of rides today , just none that left the parking lot. Anyotherhooker, by midafternoon she got the brilliant idea to call the police and see if they would take her to Somerset. Why sure, I mean they have nothing better to do than drive 2 hours one way.. NOT. Needless to say that idea failed. Then she called the local cab company who quoted her nearly 300.00 for the trip. She hemmed and hawed then said, and I quote, ” Well that is a lot of money but I guess I will be calling ya’ll in the morning to come get me and take me” . Helloooooo girlfriend so confident in her abilities she already got herself earning 300 by morning. mmmhmm..

Dear Mother Nature, For the love of pete woman pick a weather would you. Today we hit 102!!! Saturday is forecast to be nearing 104!! NOOO rain. We need rain. When we didn’t need it in like ohhh spring she was loading us down with it and snow. We were OVER our average for the year at that point, by about 8 inches. Not now, now we are 6 inches behind. Look keep it about 75 to 80 toss in the weekly shower and let it go. Please???

In other news my son went for his MRI this week. You know how he has that lip ring. Yeah well the tech ‘tested’ the machine and told him if he felt it pulling to tell her and he would have to take his lip ring out to avoid getting hurt by the magnetic force. She tested, he felt nothing. She turns it on and it pulled his head to the top of the MRI machine. He screamed, she panicked, got it turned off but not before putting a good lump on his head. Apparently in her test she forgot to take it off standby mode. So the magnet never engaged to test. Perhaps someone could use a little more training before being left alone to their own devices hmmmm.. Today he got the results. Guess what.. He has to have ANOTHER knee surgery. He goes in next Friday for it. Apparently now his knee is deteriorating, so they are going to repair it but he feels Doug will have to have total knee replacement by the time he is 30 if not sooner, because his body does not want to heal itself properly.
