We all know how I feel about washing dishes. I hate it with a passion, seriously. Having hands that get cracked and dry if I use the wrong thing, or in this house wash too many dishes makes it a chore I don’t look forward to doing. While I do own a dishwasher, there are always those dishes you don’t put through that abuse of high water pressure and chemical cleaning agents. Like pots and pans that were once your grandmothers and mom’s. So when I looked for a dish soap I needed one that was as gentle to them, even in the baked on crud stage, as it was to my hands.
That is why I was so excited when I was picked by Influenster to try out Palmolive Fresh Infusions dish soap. Their new line of wonderfully smelling cleaners that are tough on the worst baked on mess, while smelling wonderful and making you forget through aromatherapy that you are actually doing dishes. I was lucky enough to receive a full size bottle of each wonderful scent Ginger white tea, Lemon Thyme and Lime Basil. I have to say while they all smell amazing I have always had a love of white tea and ginger anything. While they smelled wonderful that still did not mean they would do the job I needed them for in the kitchen. Who wants to soak and scrub on pots and pans for hours because the dish soap wasn’t great. We have all been there. That one pan that got nasty making the families favorite meal. Then sat on the counter untouched because everyone ate too much to move till the next day, let alone wash dishes. So you soak it hoping to break up the tough stuff and not have to work as hard, but find no amount of soaking is making it easier to clean. Well I put it to the test. The pan was a heavy Dutch oven that was once my Memaw’s and then my mom’s, and my electric skillet where fried taters and onions had cooked. To make it more interesting I left the Dutch oven overnight, letting the baked on mess dry and harden.. Did it clean it?? You be the judge..
Palmolive Fresh Infusions can be found at any Wal-mart and is priced competitively with all other dish soaps. I will be buying this in the future, you know once I use up all of mine.
*I was provided 3 full sized bottles of Palmolive Fresh Infusions to use as a basis for my review. I was compensated in no other way by Influenster or Palmolive for my review. My opinions are honest and not for sale.

I have a palmalive one that I love the smell of. it’s red. Yeah, I’m not going to get my lazy butt of my chair and walk clear to the kitchen to check its flavor.

I love that soap! I do want you to know, you cut off your video right at the bubble climax…poo.
Great review! I will try the scent you love, haven’t tried that yet. And did the Palmolive work to get your husband to do the dishes? I need that in my house with my husband! LOL

I am totally cracking up over the fact that you got your husband to do the dishes! AWESOME!
I would try those yummy scents, except that we have to use the non-scented because we’re multi-taskers (meaning, it’s also the same stuff we use to treat the horse’s thrush on her hooves, ha!)
But I am totally going to go and sniff away in the dishsoap aisle now

I’ve seen this stuff in the store, but haven’t purchased it as of yet. I DO NOT do dishes, but my hubby will wash whatever doesn’t go in the dishwasher, so I’ll ask him if he wants me to pick him up some.
