As a woman who grew up near the ocean Hawaiian Tropic was the brand nearly everyone used. Moving back home to my state of Kentucky I will admit sunscreen and the like kind of fell by the wayside. Maybe it is the thought that the sun is ‘different’ here than there, but now that I am older I am insistent on my children being protected. With a history of skin cancer I only use products I can trust and know will stand by their products. With the advancement of sunscreens one of the things I missed was the wonderful smell of a product and the feel of my skin. Finding that and getting decent protection is difficult in today’s market.

My kids are like tyrants when it comes to getting them in sunscreen. They hate the feel and smell of it all, but I had no trouble getting them to put this on before heading out to the yard to play. Gone are the days of a wrestling match trying to get every open spot covered, they gladly let me put this on without a fight. I know that makes the day much easier for me and them.
